This self study pack will help you develop your skills and confidence in forming relationships with others in a range of contexts; from academic settings to the workplace and in your personal life. The course will introduce you to some theory and ideas about relationships and communication, teamwork and leadership, and will guide you through practical, interactive exercises that will build your self-awareness, communication and problem solving skills. There will also be opportunities to learn more about activities such as mindfulness, which can help you to manage stress and anxiety, when working together or relating to others.
