YOU at Your Core

18th November 14:00 to 15:30
You will leave this session with a clear sense of your core values, having had the opportunity to share these with pride and clarity.
Effectively YOU: A programme of self study, workshops, and active sessions to support your development. We want you to build your personal confidence and self effectiveness from the inside, outward! So you can share your story with pride, and know your value in the world.

How to be Effectively YOU is a Rise approach to support students to be authentically YOU. What does this mean? We believe that you are all amazing human beings, who have incredible stories to tell and we aim to support you to find the tools to define your story, in an authentic and personal way.

In this workshop you will surface your internal compass in a way that means you when you meet a crossroads, whether a career crossroad, personal or even social crossroads, you have the tools to revert to your core values, who you are, to solve anything.

You will leave this session with a clear sense of your core values, having had the opportunity to share these with pride and clarity.
