Unwind and recharge with a relaxing yoga session led by experienced instructor Amanda Cangelosi. Enjoy gentle movements and mindful breathing techniques to relieve stress and improve focus.

Join us for a yoga event designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your mind and body. Led by Amanda Cangelosi, an experienced instructor, this session will guide you through gentle movements and mindful breathing techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and promote overall well-being. Come take a break from studies, stretch out the tension, and leave feeling refreshed and revitalised. All levels are welcome, and mats will be provided!
