We all have an alter ego — our inner superhero that steps up when challenges come up. What’s yours?
Effectively YOU: A programme of self study, workshops, and active sessions to support your development. We want you to build your personal confidence and self effectiveness from the inside, outward! So you can share your story with pride, and know your value in the world.

In this hands-on LEGO® Serious Play® workshop, you’ll uncover your inner superpowers and design a hero that’s uniquely you. Using LEGO® bricks to build your superhero alter ego, you’ll explore your strengths and your weaknesses, and discover the values that drive you.

Plus, you’ll share your superhero with the group, and get to take home your creation. Whether you see yourself as the brave risk-taker, the thoughtful creative, or the team motivator, this session will leave you empowered to lead authentically and with confidence.
