UniCity 2030: A Pop Up Think/Do Tank by CrAFt
The CrAFt international group of students have put together this one-day Think/Do Tank where participants will explore and experience the current and future relationship between universities and cities that is key to the successful transformation of urban environments. Participants will dive into the concept of the university as a catalyst for inclusive, sustainable and beautiful cities.
Join us in a series of dynamic and thought-provoking exercises designed to stimulate critical thinking and develop ideas about future city transformations. Students from all disciplines are welcome!
The Think/Do Tank aims to be a platform for student voices, ideas, and creativity. It offers MMU students the chance to be part of a student-led experience and experiment in practising interdisciplinary collaboration.
UniCity 2030 is part of the CrAFt – Creating Actionable Futures project, and one of the fringe events of the ELIA Leadership Symposium 2023. It is funded by the Horizon Europe Programme of the European Commission, and supported by ELIA, the globally connected network for higher arts education, and MMU’s School of Art.
