Train the Trainer: Workshop Facilitation Training

17th July to 24th July
If you are interested in running your own workshops and want to understand how to get paid for it, come along to Train the Trainer. You will learn from experienced facilitators and gain the skills to become a confident workshop facilitator.

Are you interested in getting paid to run your own workshops but don’t know where to start? Look no further than Train the Trainer, a two-part training programme where you can gain the skills to facilitate workshops yourself.

Becoming a workshop facilitator is a rewarding opportunity to share your passion and make a positive impact on others. It also offers the potential to generate additional income and expand your professional network.

This two-part programme is centred around engaging activity-based learning, where you will be trained by experienced facilitators to help you find out your strengths and the different styles of workshop facilitation.

You will also complete a facilitation workbook to help you understand the theory and context behind facilitation.

Why should you get involved?

  • A chance to practice and get personalised feedback to enhance your abilities.
  • Receive a certificate upon completion of the program, recognising your dedication and achievement.
  • Open up opportunities to do this for yourself or within the university.
  • Be in with a chance of future funding to help you to get started.

The sessions will run in-person on both Wednesday 17 July and Wednesday 24 July
