Effectively YOU: A programme of self study, workshops, and active sessions to support your development. We want you to build your personal confidence and self effectiveness from the inside, outward! So you can share your story with pride, and know your value in the world.

This workshop is your chance to (re)connect with your passions, purpose, and the dreams that inspire you. However unrealistic you think they are, they might just be the key to your future…

Through LEGO® Serious Play®, you’ll build a model of your dream future and reflect on how to bring it to life. We’ll explore the intersection of what you love, what you’re great at, and what the world needs.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what drives you—and a plan to turn that passion into action. This is your space to dream big, explore what really matters to you, and connect with others on the same journey.
