The Climate Kitchen Cooking Workshop with Gwafuvegan.
This cooking workshop will give you hands on experience of cooking your own low-cost climate friendly vegan meals!
Examining our food habits is one of the easiest and most impactful ways to tackle climate change as individuals – whilst having fun and building our cooking skills. In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare tasty, seasonal vegan dishes and how to be more climate-friendly in your food habits. The workshop has also been designed to teach recipes for cooking on a budget with minimal kitchenware so you can recreate everything at home!

In this workshop you will learn how to prepare climate friendly food with Chef Ngwafu. Ngwafu is an experienced chef with a passion for vegan cooking. Born in Cameroon, raised in the UK, and now based in Manchester, they feel Manchester is one of the best places to be vegan! Ngwafu also studied at Manchester Met and has been featured on the BBC!
Their goal is to further educate the nation about West African vegan food through cooking and share this knowledge with fellow foodies. They think of food as the fuel of life, so, why wouldn’t you want to experience all of it?!
