Study Abroad Opportunities: Interested in spending a month abroad next summer?

6th November 11:00 to 12:00
Interested in study abroad opportunities? Find out how you could be spending a month abroad in summer 2026 and ‘dip your toes in international waters’ on an approved short-term student exchange.

This workshop is relevant to Science and Engineering students currently in first and second year, as well as MEng and MChem students.

Experience of other cultures and global society is a great way to help you develop personally, academically and professionally. Getting a place on these programmes can be competitive, so get organised and book this workshop now to get an overview of opportunities that could be on offer to you next year. This will include first-hand insight from those in the know and previous student participants, as well as strategies to make sure that your application stands out from the crowd.

Destinations and availability will be confirmed in early 2026. Funding to help with the travel and living costs associated with this programme could also be available to some students, subject to eligibility criteria, which will again be finalised in early 2026.

If you have any questions about the workshop, please contact sefse@mmu.ac.uk in the first instance.
