One Giant Leap is a skills and talent agency which opens doors and bridges the information divide so that creatives can go higher, further, faster. Through bespoke programmes, consultancy, brand collaborations, incubators, and workshops, we are putting the North’s creatives on the global stage, one leap at a time.
Founder Alisha Kadri has previously collaborated with L’Oréal, Mugler, Santander, University of Salford, One Dance UK, and Manchester International Festival to deliver purpose-led programmes that stimulate creative careers, and business growth.
Alisha’s more recent projects include leading on the design and UK implementation of Mugler Creators, a global talent development programme for dance and music. And launching Foundations in: Business x Creativity with Factory International, a 12-week programme empowering creatives to generate income from their creativity.
