This Social Induction event has been designed to help you meet and connect with other international students, build a community and support your transition to life in Manchester. Whether you’ve just arrived or have been here for a little while, this event is tailored to get you connected with others so you can develop a Home away from Home.

Welcome to the Social Induction event for International Students! 

This event is designed to help you meet and connect with other students and receive top tips from our student workers about settling into life in the UK and useful resources available to you. 

Come along and meet people from different backgrounds, make new friends, and create a community that feels like a home away from home!

What to Expect:

Fun Networking Activities: Get to know your fellow students from across the University through interactive activities.

Inspiring Conversations and Helpful Information: Listen to experiences of other current students discussing a range of topics related to student life and making the most of your time here.

Workshop Activities: Work alongside other students to get to know each other, share experiences and reflect on the provided content.
