Attend a talk with Rosie Elvin, Neurodiversity in the workplace instructor, ADHD Coach, and Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University.
This activity is offered as part of Future Me Week - five days of exciting opportunities to develop your skills, deepen understanding, gain experience and take steps towards an exciting Future You.

This workshop raises awareness about ADHD, focusing on the impact of late recognition, especially in women. We’ll cover key symptoms like inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, explore common misconceptions, and highlight the strengths and challenges of hyper focus.

The session also addresses under diagnosis and provides practical advice for thriving with ADHD. 

The session will cover:
