Rooftop Yoga
This is a beginner friendly online yoga session, designed to help you become present in your body, boost confidence and enhance relaxation.
This is a beginner friendly yoga session, designed to help you become present in your body, boost confidence and enhance relaxation.
We will be using simple breathing techniques, stretches and guided meditation, as we welcome this new beginning at university.
Yoga mats are provided, so just bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
All fitness levels and abilities welcome.
