Project Management Institute Certification for Science and Engineering Students

The PMI Project Management Ready certification will introduce and familiarize you to the concepts and field of project management, and the tools to apply this knowledge to a wide range of career paths.

Project Management Institute (PMI) is the world’s leading association for those who consider project, program or portfolio management their profession.

Give yourself a competitive edge by earning an industry recognised certification that demonstrates the knowledge and competencies of project management.

This structured project takes you through the very basics of project management through to sitting your exam. Feel free to make a start as soon as you have signed up by accessing the PMI basic training here.

Once you have completed the basic training you can take a practice test here.

Finally, you can earn your certification by attending an in-person certification session on Wednesday 13th March in the Dalton Building 1.38 PC Lab from 14:00-16:00.
