Peer Cinema Series Presents: John Wick - 17th March - 4.30pm-7pm G.12 SODA Building
This event comprises a screening of a selection of films that will be interesting to explore through an academic lens.
Each film in the series includes an introduction by a member of Manchester Met staff from the Psychology and Humanities/ Film Studies courses.
This next screening for the Peer Cinema Series examines the cult of Keanu Reeves in Chad Stahelski’s all-action revenge film, John Wick (IMDB: John Wick (2014) – IMDb).
The event will be introduced by Dr Verity Longley from the School of Psychology. The event should end no later than 7pm.
Post-film discussion amongst staff and students will as always, be encouraged to help to digest the themes of the film!
