Online Yoga Session
This is a beginner friendly online yoga session, designed to help you become present in your body, boost confidence and enhance relaxation.
We will be using simple breathing techniques, stretches and guided meditation, as we welcome this new beginning at university. All fitness levels and abilities welcome.
To prepare for this online session, make sure you have space to move around, and a yoga mat (or a towel) for the floor. Also please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
