Mick Timpson: Going with the Flow [morning workshop]

A creative Modern Meditation based workshop for designers with Architect and Yogi, Mick Timpson. Offering techniques perfect for designers to help them get around the stress of their inner critic and into a space of possibility and potential.
This activity is offered as part of Future Me Week - five days of exciting opportunities to develop your skills, deepen understanding, gain experience and take steps towards an exciting Future You.

Mick is an architect, artist, author, teacher, coach, yoga and meditation teacher. He has provided these links for people who want to read up more on the benefits of the practice. He also had a recent paper at conference.  

He has been a long-term friend of MMU and a visiting tutor at the School of Architecture. He is currently building his own net zero carbon house in Somerset. Mick’s work has now shifted from helping others shape their external world to their inner world. He now practices as an Inner Architect™, leading his special training and coaching initiative called beanddo™ (the clue is in the name) which provides teaching, coaching and training for conscious change aimed at individuals and groups.

Throughout his career as a designer and teacher he has been fascinated by creativity not so much as an artistic skill, but the experience of creativity as a full mind and body force of empowerment, wholeness, wellbeing and joy.
