Manchester Law Journal: 2025 Issue Launch
The editorial board of the Manchester Law Journal warmly invites you to celebrate the launch of our 2025 issue. The issue includes outstanding undergraduate dissertations, postgraduate essays and staff features, which together showcase the brilliant research that we do at Manchester Law School.
Have you ever worked really hard to take an original approach to an assignment, been pleased to get a good grade, but then felt a little disappointed that no one else is ever going to read it? The Journal provides an opportunity for students who produce excellent, original and timely work to engage in our editorial process and share a fully polished version more widely. For our fantastic team of student editors, the journal also provides opportunities to build academic skills, to work as a team, to develop and promote a product and to gain leadership experience.
The launch event will include talks from student authors, editors and Dr Kay Lalor, providing you with the opportunity to learn all about student journals and what it is like to work on one. We hope you will join us for what promises to be a fun and informative evening, and that you might consider taking part in our next issue! We would love to connect with students in publishing, web design, communications, journalism and other areas, as well as students at Manchester Law School.
