Join us for our women-only fitness event filled with free classes, creative crafts, and delicious treats. Move, connect, and unwind in a welcoming space designed to bring women together.
On February 10th at the Brooks Building, we are hosting a women-only fitness event with a bunch of fun and free fitness classes, crafts, and treats for you to enjoy.
Come along and take part in any of the classes or events listed below:
What’s on?
Enjoy a variety of free activities, including:
- Combat training – 4:10–5:10pm
- Ocean Yoga – 4–5pm
- Galentine’s crafts – drop-in 4:00–6:30pm
- Aerial silks – 4–6:30pm (two 1.5-hour slots)
- 5k run – 5pm start
- Glute & Core Strong fitness class – 5:10–6:10pm
- Beginner Dance class – 4:10–6:10pm (two 1-hour slots)
- Pilates – 5–6pm
