Babbling Vagabonds Storytelling Theatre Workshop: I Am The Hero Of My Own Story
We are all the heroes of our own story. Our story can tell others about where we have come from, and who we are, but we can also use storytelling to help map out the paths we wish to travel along and identify the tools we require to aid us on our quest to be the person we want to be.
This workshop will allow you to reframe your story so far within the parameters of the Monomyth Story Structure, as identified by Joseph Campbell in his book The Hero With A Thousand Faces. It will enable you to explore your strengths that have brought you to this place so far, to investigate the challenges that could derail your journey onward, and equip you with the tools that can help you overcome them.
This workshop will help you build confidence in telling your story, and map out future pathways and help prepare you for your journey with resilience and inbuilt strategies for maintaining your wellbeing.
This opportunity is being facilitated by the theatre company Babbling Vagabonds. You can find out more about their work here:
