February Festival (Psychology Dept): How to give an Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, to improve hair and scalp condition.
I will teach you how to perform a full Indian Head Massage routine. You will be working in pairs and practising on each other using the head, face, shoulders, neck and back.
An offer for Psychology students only.
One of the primary benefits of Indian head massage is its ability to alleviate stress and tension. The treatment provides a deep sense of relaxation, improving mental wellbeing.
