Hot Glass Taster Workshop

Join us for a rare opportunity to work with Hot Glass. Each person will be able to make at least one item of glass that can be collected the next day. A great opportunity to get hands on material experience with molten glass.
This activity is offered as part of Future Me Week - five days of exciting opportunities to develop your skills, deepen understanding, gain experience and take steps towards an exciting Future You.

Join us for an exciting workshop led by Technical Officer Gemma Truman, where you’ll embark on a fascinating tour of our glass workshops. Discover the intricate processes and techniques that bring glass to life!

Following the tour, you’ll have a rare opportunity to work with Hot Glass. This hands-on experience allows each participant to create at least one unique glass item, which can be collected the next day. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, this workshop offers a fantastic chance to engage with molten glass and unleash your creativity.
