Health of Advertising Experience Programme - Omnicom Business Challenge

A competitive brand challenge designed to introduce you to the Healthcare Communications industry. The 5-week program is organized in a Teach and Task format introducing that will introduce you to concepts that you’ll put into practice.

OHG’s Health of Advertising Programme

Health of Advertising is a program OHG has run in the US for 3 years. This year we are launching the program here in the UK. It is a competitive brand challenge designed to introduce you to the Healthcare Communications industry. The 5-week program is organized in a Teach and Task format introducing that will introduce you to concepts that you’ll put into practice. During the program, you will work in your university groups of 6/7 students where you will be tasked with problem solving a real-life business challenge.

What will the sessions look like:

You will be asked to attend virtual sessions once a week for 5 weeks between 3rd of March & 4th of April.

These sessions will take place in the evening.

• Week 1/ Session 1: An Introduction to the Programme & Learn about What Healthcare Advertising is about.

• Week 2/ Session 2: What is brand strategy & an introduction to your brand challenge.

• Week3/ Session 3: Mentor Check ins who will support you with your project.

• Week4/ Session 4: Mentor Check ins will support you with your project.

• Week5/ Session 5: Present your projects back to our leadership team.

What are the prizes:

Our winning teams will be offered:

• Work experience opportunities within our agencies during the summer for those still studying.

• For those who will be graduating this year – you will be offered a place on our 12-month future talent programme. This is a programme designed to give graduates exposure to varying departments within in our business.

• Runners up will be given an opportunity to interview within these programmes.
