Geek out, speak up, step forward: A radical approach to career and life at Manchester Met
Letitia is a radical strategist, community builder, and unapologetic nerd with a gift for turning bold ideas into living, breathing change. From shaping student wellbeing frameworks to championing equity and justice, her work puts people, their stories, struggles, and brilliance at the centre. A lifelong advocate for Black women, LGBTQ+ communities, and anyone pushed to the margins, she knows how to spark conversations that matter and move them into action. She’s spent years shaping spaces where people—especially Black women, LGBTQ+ communities, and anyone pushed to the side lines, get the tools, care, and confidence they need to thrive.
Letitia brings her whole self into the room. Think big ideas mixed with real talk, a little bit of geek energy, and a lot of heart. She’s coming to remind you that getting career ready isn’t just about polishing your CV, it’s about knowing your worth, standing in your story, and moving with intention. Expect honesty, energy, and a touch of whimsy, because building futures should be as joyful as it is radical.
