Fashion & Business Saturday Club Co Facilitators 2025

8th February to 30th May
The Saturday Club is seeking a dedicated tutor to lead our Fashion and Business Saturday Club. If you are passionate about delivering and facilitating workshops, and eager to enhance your creative skill set through specialised programs for 13-16 year olds, we encourage you to apply now!

We are looking to recruit students to come and support the delivery of an exciting youth project as a Student assistant and co-facilitator for a creative workshop looking at themes around Fashion & Business…

We are looking to find students who would like to become assist in workshop delivery or gain teaching experience, and act as co-facilitators for our exciting nationally recognised project:

The National Saturday Club.

What does it mean to be a co-facilitator?

Becoming a Saturday Club Co-Facilitator means you will learn how to develop skills around the delivery of workshops. You will help the group be creative, respond to tasks and build friendships throughout this exciting and welcoming fashion club.

You will then support a lead Club Tutor to run sessions and support a group of 13-16 year olds on Saturdays, on campus, for our Fashion & Business club that takes place in Manchester Fashion Institute on Saturdays between 10.00am – 1.00pm

What is Saturday Club?

The National Saturday Club is a network of subject specialist clubs for young people, they run all over the country and offer 13-16 year olds free workshops in a subject of their choice.

Manchester Metropolitan has a long history of running Saturday Clubs, starting to deliver the Art & Design club 8 years ago. This year we are embarking on an exciting adventure and will be running 6 clubs in one year. We need students like you to come and support the delivery, bring your wonderful personalities and varied interests, and show young people what it is like to live in Manchester and attend a vibrant university like Manchester Met.

Whether you have experience working with children and young people, or are just interested in the subjects on offer, or like the idea of learning to facilitate workshops, we want to hear from you. Send us an expression of interest, tell us about yourself, your experience, and what you study.
