As an independent publishing consultant and long-time collaborator with the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, Neal has been at the forefront of digital publishing innovations. He is the founder of Winged Chariot Press, a pioneering publisher behind Europe’s first children’s picture book on the iPhone, and a key figure in curating the Digital Café programme at Bologna. His expertise spans publishing, content marketing, and international rights, and he is the co-author of The Girl and the Robot Heart, published by Thames & Hudson.
