Understand body composition measurements and gain confidence in applying techniques such as bioelectrical impedance and the BodPod. Whether you're in sports, nutrition, or health, this is your opportunity to upskill and establish a solid foundation in this essential area, enhancing your ability to guide others toward their wellness goals.
This activity is offered as part of Future Me Week - five days of exciting opportunities to develop your skills, deepen understanding, gain experience and take steps towards an exciting Future You.

What to Expect

  • Workshop & demonstration, testing with the Bodpod, Bioelectrical impedance and other anthropometry techniques.
  • Get hands on and learn different methods of testing.
  • Compare measurements against each piece of equipment to check body fat %.

Exclusive for Future Me: Great opportunity to develop these skills, learn from experts how they’re applied, and understand your own body composition results.

This session is open to all students particularly level 4 & 5 students who wants to improve their skills in this area.
