Join us for an inspiring session with Martin Green CBE, Executive Director of the Eurovision Song Contest, as he shares behind-the-scenes insights from delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile global events, including the Olympic Games and Eurovision. Drawing on international leadership experience, Martin will reflect on creativity under pressure, cross-cultural collaboration, and what it takes to lead teams, manage risk, and deliver excellence on a global stage. This talk offers valuable lessons for anyone interested in leadership, project management, international working, and careers in the creative and cultural industries.
