Debate - Degrees of Inequality: Should We Know More About Ethnicity Awarding Gaps?
Did you know white students are more likely to get a 2:1 or 1st than their Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) classmates?
It's a big issue, and we want to hear what you think! Join us for a debate that digs into the facts behind the ethnicity awarding gap and whether unis should make this data more public.
We’ll chat about the impact of transparency on academic success and inclusion. Does knowledge empower students, or does it shift responsibility?
This is your chance to share your thoughts, connect with others, and think about how this affects your journey at uni.
Oh, and did we mention there’s free pizza?
You can just turn up at the event on the day, but we recommend booking a ticket to avoid disappointment.
