Careers with purpose: Boosting your application confidence with The Co-operative Bank

Why join? This session is a chance to meet the Early Careers Lead and Talent Acquisition Lead for The Co-operative Bank, ask your questions and get inspired to apply.

The Co-operative Bank is the UK’s original ethical bank, with a strong focus and track record on delivering and developing entry talent programmes – this is a session you won’t want to miss!

During this session we will:

  • Introduce you to The Co-operative Bank, it’s values and ethics and the entry talent programmes we offer.
  • Talk through our recruitment process, showing you what we look for in a candidate to join us.
  • Share helpful hints and tips around your application and interview.
  • Share insight into AI in the recruitment process and where this is and isn’t advised for candidates.
