Afrominds - Exploring Mental Health within communities

You are invited to come and view a short documentary exploring some key conversations about the perceptions of mental health and mental illness within the Black community. This will be followed by a thought-provoking panel discussion which will also discuss perceptions applicable to South Asian communities.
This activity is offered as part of Culture: As We Are, an exciting set of events that aim to showcase a variety of cultures through activities, performances, open discussions and food. These events are open to all to sign up.
