Session 2: Empowering you to plan for future success.

Explore barriers to your development and strategic thinking, empowering you to plan for future success. We start to think about how you can use strategic thinking to practice your skills by using intentional thought processes when developing goals and action plans.

Sessions 3 & 4: Action learning sets to develop your plan.
You will meet with a small group of like-minded students to learn from each other based on asking questions of your peers. The aim will be for each of you to produce a set of realistic actions that will help you work towards your goals and solve any barriers to your development.
