You will begin this sprint by learning more about self-awareness.  The article by Carden et al. (2021) will help you to define what self-awareness is and allow you to reflect upon why it is important to you and others in your profession. Click here to read article

Thinking about the case study you just read, where do you see opportunities for the professional to have self-awareness?  

Consider several examples of opportunities for Ben, Sarah, or David to have and develop self-awareness.
