Well done STRIVERS – you have made it to the final part of STRIVE!! We are so proud that you have taken ownership of your learning and engaged with the programme.
I have met some of you along the way and am hugely proud of your achievements! You have represented the programme, but more importantly, yourselves in the best possible way.
I am hopeful that you have learned some key life skills and feel supported through your learning journey. Our mission is that you will take this forward to access opportunities that will transform you and lead to your success.
This final part of the programme is relatively short. We come together to celebrate you and your achievements. We have a week of inspiring conversation through our Telling stories feature and wider Connect hub and Go Global week activities.
We are holding our celebration event on Friday 8th March at 3.00pm – 5.30pm in BS 3.15, Business School North Atrium – please sign up to attend using this form. It is at this event that we will present you with your certificate of completion if you have completed the programme.
We will also be handing out special prizes for STRIVERS who have engaged with the programme and demonstrated exceptional learning and commitment. It is important that you showcase your talent to future employers, so please do ensure that you have completed your LinkedIn profile & virtual internships, both of which we will be using to decide who will win an award!
Again, well done on all your hard work! For those of you with a mentor, the celebration event will be an opportunity to meet them and say thank you – but for everyone, including those of you who have not attended STRIVE events – you can come together and meet us and other students. It will be a chance to network, get some free food and drink and engage in some social time with peers!
