Introduction

This part of the programme is focused thinking about how you align your strengths and capabilities to future career opportunities. We also help you employ tactics to better navigate employment spaces and achieve your goals.

At this stage of the programme, you hopefully have a good sense of your identity, strengths and capabilities. This week we focus on skills; your learned ability/expertise to carry out different tasks in different contexts/levels.

Cappfinity have launched a new Free Starter Profile to help everyone begin to explore their personal strengths. Once you complete the Strengths Profile inventory questionnaire you will receive a summary that outlines your top 3 realised strengths, 3 unrealised strengths, 2 learned behaviours and 1 weakness. There is plenty of good advice on the Cappfinity website to help you understand your profile.  You should work with your mentor and life coaches to explore how you may build on your strengths.

Some of you will engage with the full cappfinity report on your programmes.  I completed a full profile and learned my strengths and unrealised strengths.  Access my report here;
