- Ice breaker/brainstorm idea activity/skills share
- Set up a team sharepoint?

- Wrap up and work planning

Week 2: Discover and Define

- Narrow down ideas/carpark idea
- Think about delivery
- Create action plan

- Picked an idea or solution, with a few back-ups
- Have a rough idea of what you want to deliver
Week 3: Define and Develop

- Feedback discussion with mentor
- Discussion on feedback
- Finalise idea
Week 4: Develop and Test
