To do: Read brief and explore supporting resources

Consider: What do you bring to a project team? Why are you excited to work on this project? Do you have any ideas/experiences already?

Meeting agenda:

  1. Introduce yourself, subject, interests and why you are doing the project
  2. Ice breaker/brainstorm idea activity/skills share
  3. Set up a team sharepoint?
  4. Crazy 8s ideas
  5. Wrap up and work planning

To do: Research any potential ideas or solutions, sketch out your ideas

By the end of this week you should have…

  • Met your team
  • Shared your initial ideas, expertise and motivations
  • Have a list of potential ideas

Week 2: Discover and Define

Meeting Agenda

  1. Share any research/ideas
  2. Team roles?
  3. Narrow down ideas/carpark idea
  4. Think about delivery
  5. Create action plan

To do: Work on action plan, create elevator pitch

By the end of this week you should have…

  • Picked an idea or solution, with a few back-ups
  • Have a rough idea of what you want to deliver

Week 3: Define and Develop

  1. Meeting with mentor (PGR or MC) with elevator pitch
  2. Feedback discussion with mentor
  3. Discussion on feedback
  4. Finalise idea

Week 4: Develop and Test

Week 5: Finalise idea

Work on Presentation
