Setting the Scene

We all have ambitions in life. We all have ingrained values – whether we realise or not – that steer our actions. And – some of us – have a rough idea of a plan for what we’ll do in the years that lie ahead.

But we’re human. Messy by nature. Prone to distraction.

I’d love another coffee right now.

Great businesses tend to invest time into getting clarity about their purpose and direction. Take a look at any successful company, and somewhere, at its core, will be a manifesto: a document or series of statements that define the difference they want to make in the world, the way they’ll set out to achieve that, and how each and every member of their team will ‘manifest’ their plan on a daily basis.

And it typically comprises three elements: Vision, Mission, and Values.

These bring unity and direction to a business, helping to steer decision-making and daily duties that help them make the change in the world that they set out to.

We’re going to take exactly the same principles and apply them to you.

Why?

So that you have absolute clarity on what you want to achieve in life, and you have a framework that’ll keep you on track with that purpose, regardless of the distractions life might throw your way.

Flat White, please.
