As a research volunteer, you will work with staff to support the research function of Healthwatch Manchester as we gather peoples views and experiences of using different health and social care services. 2. What does the role entail?

Conducting research projects to improve healthcare services in Manchester, making a positive impact on the community.
Identifying service issues based on feedback from local residents, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
Collaborating with a team of volunteers to create comprehensive research reports.
Contributing to the annual report of Healthwatch Manchester.
Visiting local health and social care facilities to gather information and provide support.
Attending regular support and supervision sessions for personal growth and mentorship.
