This is a varied and flexible role, and may include any or all of the below:
- Food Preparation working with the guidance and support of our chefs. If you have prep experience that's great, but not essential. Chef will show you all you need to know!
- Pot Washing both by hand and using our machine, which you'll be trained to use.
- Packing including labelling, portioning and boxing cooked food for delivery.
- Logistics Support which could include assisting in collecting intercepted food, weighing and recording food data and stock control.
- Miscellaneous tasks. There are always random things that need to be done. For example, crate cleaning, relocating equipment or shredding documents!
