Manchester City Council’s Digital Inclusion Team needs you! We are looking for the next generation of Digital Champions.
Digitally excluded people in Manchester are unable do things that many of us take for granted, so we need you to contact residents over the phone, or through emails, and talk them through any queries they may have. Because of you, we will be able to help create and grow digitally confident communities in Manchester.
Skills You'll Need
You do not need to be a technical genius to excel in this role, although some digital capability is preferred. You definitely need to be patient as you’ll need to be able to listen to people explain their digital issues, support them accordingly and boost their confidence. We welcome applications from bilingual and multilingual speakers! This is a work-from-home opportunity, no travel required.
