Take Notice Drawing
To Take Notice is one of the 5 Ways To Wellbeing. Being mindful of our surroundings can help us to find small moments of happiness in the everyday. There are many ways to do this, from stopping to admire some flowers on your route to work, to being more aware of your own achievements. In this workshop we are using drawing to take notice of our immediate surroundings.
Drawing is a great way to loosen up and get creative and hopefully the exercises we have planned will get you drawing without judgement or fear of ‘messing up’.
This may be something you can use in the future when you feel a creative block or a fear of a blank page.
