Staying Present and Mindful through Drawing

In the hustle and bustle of our lives, we often forget to stop and take notice of what’s around us. This workshop aims to give you a space to stop and be mindful of your surroundings through drawing. We will be creating a one page zine each, which will focus on our senses and what we can feel through drawing. This workshop has a particular focus on mindfulness and staying connected with our environments.

Please bring a plain sheet of paper, preferably A4 or larger, scissors and drawing materials (EG. Pens, felt tips, pencils, etc)
